It has taken a lot longer than we thought it would to settle
and get the studio operational again
Having the three phase electricity upgraded proved to be a huge, costly exercise

The local council charged an astronomical amount to upgrade to 60 amps per phase
It would have been ideal to have 80 amps per phase (as we had previously),
but the cost quoted by the council, was too exorbitant.
The enormous costs charged for electricity
availability and upgrading
will restrain our production and our ability to
train and employ from the local community
